Sharktis
A hybrid of great white shark + Mantis
The Sharktis is a formidable hybrid species that combines the predatory finesse of the great white shark and the agile predation of the mantis. This creature features a streamlined, torpedo-shaped body akin to that of a shark, covered with iridescent, segmented exoskeleton plates reminiscent of a mantis. Its head is a blend of the two, with the sharp, toothy maw of the shark and the large, compound eyes of the mantis, providing exceptional vision. The Sharktis possesses six limbs, with two powerful forelimbs equipped with razor-sharp claws, enabling it to grasp and tear apart prey, while its powerful tail propels it swiftly through water. Its unique respiratory system allows it to thrive both in aquatic environments and on land, making it a versatile predator.
