Yes. You can play instantly in your browser without an account. New players receive free Battle Bux, and you can keep earning more through daily rewards, daily missions and optional rewarded ads. Purchases are optional — their main perk is removing ads while a purchased balance remains.

The creature's name, story, stats and abilities are written in roughly 15–30 seconds, and the portrait typically finishes within another 10–30 seconds — you'll see the creature build up progressively. Videos are much slower (up to about 10 minutes), so keep the app open while one renders.

No two hybrids are identical. Even the same animal pair produces a different name, story, stats, abilities and artwork each time, because every creature is generated fresh by AI. That's also why the gallery never repeats.

Every ability is grounded in the actual biology of one of its source animals — bite force, venom, echolocation, dive speed — and the card explains that science. It's why teachers use the game in classrooms; see the classroom page.

No — regenerating just the image costs a quarter of a full reroll (default 5 Battle Bux vs 20 for a new creature) and keeps the name, story, stats and abilities.

Battle Bux pay for AI generation. Current defaults: create a hybrid 20, full regeneration 10, image-only regeneration 5, video 15, battle entry 2, training 3. Prices are tuned over time. If a generation fails, the cost is automatically refunded.

Three ways: claim the daily reward; complete the three rotating daily missions (each pays out, plus a bonus for finishing all three); and watch optional rewarded ads from the Store. You're also credited a small bonus when an ad plays during a generation wait.

Ads only play during waits you'd have anyway (like while a creature generates) and as optional rewarded videos — they fund the AI generation costs for free players. Purchasing Battle Bux removes ads for as long as your purchased balance lasts. Earned Bux always remain yours either way.

Failed generations are refunded automatically. Rewards you earned (for example from a watched ad) are queued and retried until the server confirms them, so a network blip doesn't cost you anything.

Yes. Create a battle and share the room code or QR code; your friend enters it on their device and joins live. You can also pass-and-play two-player on one device, or practice against an AI opponent first.

Battles are turn-based. Each round you pick one of your hybrid's abilities — ATTACK abilities deal damage scaled by power and your Attack stat, DEFEND abilities protect you, and Speed influences turn order. After each round, AI narrates the action, with optional voice narration.

Winning battles earns your hybrid XP. Creatures level up to a current cap of 20, and can acquire abilities from opponents they defeat — your veteran creature carries trophies of its victories.

No — you can start anonymously and your progress is kept on your device. Linking an email later keeps your creatures and balance across devices. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.
