About Hybrid Battle

An AI creature-creation and battle game, built by Daily Evolution LLC.

What we're building

Hybrid Battle started with a simple question kids have been asking forever: "What would you get if you crossed a shark with an eagle?" The game answers it — with a portrait, a backstory, battle stats and abilities — in about thirty seconds, for any pair of more than 130 real animals. Then it lets you put your creation to the test in turn-based battles against AI opponents or your friends, with each round narrated like a nature documentary that got out of hand.

Every creature is generated fresh by AI, so the gallery of player creations never repeats. We deliberately ground each ability in the source animals' real biology — the ability card for your crocodile hybrid will tell you about the 3,700 psi bite force that inspired it. That design choice is why Hybrid Battle also gets used in classrooms as a sneaky way to make zoology stick; educators can learn more on our classroom page.

How it's funded

The game is free to play. AI generation costs real money to run, so free play is supported by optional rewarded ads and short ads during generation waits — never as a gate on gameplay. Players who purchase Battle Bux play ad-free while their purchased balance lasts. The full economy is explained in the How to Play guide.

Who we are

Hybrid Battle is made by Daily Evolution LLC, a small independent studio. We ship the game on the web at hybridbattle.com, with an iOS app in development.
