Electrodillo
A hybrid of Armadillo + Electric Ray
The Electrodillo is a unique hybrid creature that combines the armored body of an armadillo with the flat, electric-absorbing disc of an electric ray. Measuring approximately 1.2 meters in length, its streamlined body is covered with tough, scaly armor that resembles the segmented plating of an armadillo, while its underside glows with bioluminescent patterns that change color based on its mood. This creature possesses a broad, flat tail akin to that of an electric ray, which it uses to propel itself through both terrestrial and aquatic environments. Its eyes are positioned on top of its head, allowing it to survey its surroundings while remaining mostly concealed from predators.

Habitat: Electrodillos thrive in coastal regions and riverbanks, where freshwater and saltwater meet. They prefer areas with soft, sandy substrates that allow them to burrow and hide from predators, as well as shallow waters where they can navigate with ease. Diet: The Electrodillo is an omnivore, primarily feeding on small invertebrates, algae, and detritus found in its environment. It uses its armored snout to dig through sandy substrates in search of food, as well as its electric shock to stun prey.
