A hybrid of Sting Ray + Pangolin
The Stingolin is a unique hybrid creature that combines the streamlined body of a stingray with the armored scales of a pangolin. Its upper body features a flattened, disc-shaped silhouette with a smooth, leathery texture, resembling a stingray, while its underside is covered in tough, overlapping plates similar to pangolin scales. The Stingolin possesses a long, whip-like tail equipped with a venomous spine that can deliver a painful sting to predators. Its limbs are short but strong, allowing it to burrow into the sand or mud, where it can hide from threats. This creature can grow up to 5 feet in length and is often adorned with patterns that mimic the ocean floor, providing excellent camouflage.
