Belephant
- Habitat
- Belephants thrive in lush riverine ecosystems where freshwater bodies meet dense forests. They build intricate lodges near riverbanks, utilizing their digging abilities to create burrows that serve as both homes and shelters from predators.
- Diet
- The Belephant is primarily herbivorous, feeding on a variety of aquatic plants, bark, and fruits. It utilizes its strong front limbs to uproot vegetation and its flat tusks to strip bark from trees. Occasionally, it may consume small invertebrates found in the mud as a supplementary protein source.
The story of Belephant
The Belephant is a remarkable hybrid species, showcasing the robust physique of an elephant with the distinctive flat tail and webbed feet of a beaver. Its large, rounded ears serve both thermoregulation and acute hearing, while its thick, gray skin is complemented by a slight sheen reminiscent of a beaver's fur. This creature has powerful, dexterous front limbs capable of grasping and manipulating objects, and its tusks are broad and flat, adapted for digging and foraging in aquatic environments.
